Here’s what the process typically looks like:
The sprint begins. We'll get you onboarded, show you where we're headed and how we'll get there together.
One timeline doesn't work for everyone. It's how most courses and group coaching programs are setup, but it typically creates more stress than success stories. To fix that, we'll set up a timeline that works for you -- your schedule, your availability, your life. I'll give you recommendations and suggestions, but we'll ultimately pick a progress roadmap that you feel confident and excited about following.
There is going to be work involved. If you're not expecting to show up and do the work, don't invest in a FiniSprint. FiniSprints are NOT a done for you service offering. There will be times where you're focused on implementing and we've purposefully architected each FiniSprint to streamline and take the guesswork out of the process.
There is 1:1 support for every single FiniSprint. For some FiniSprints, it's done live, as a 1:1 phone or zoom session. For other FiniSprints, support is provided asynchronously, like emails, recorded loom videos, whatsapp or voxer access. Sometimes a FiniSprint will have both types of support, or you'll be able to choose the model that works best for you. Calls are not a substitute for doing the work, they're to review and discuss the work! If you're not doing the work, don't expect to get on a call.
Finishing a sprint doesn't mean there's nothing left to do -- but it means you've made massive progress and that should be celebrated! We'll look at what was done, what comes next and celebrate your wins. We might recommend another FiniSprint as a next step, but don't expect the hard sales pitch here. If we think it's right, we'll let you know. If we don't, we won't 🙂
